What are Re-fill bottles made of?
All our bottles are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability, insulation, and safety. They are BPA-free, food-grade certified, and meet European safety standards.
Do Re-fill bottles keep drinks hot and cold ?
Yes! Our bottles feature double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping drinks ice-cold and hot for hours.
Disclaimer : Our Portable Tumblers or any other products containing a plastic straw should not be used with boiling hot water (+60 degrees celcius). Please do not close the lid after pourring hot water inside the Tumbler.
Are the bottles leakproof?
Yes! All our bottles and tumblers are 100% leakproof when the lid is securely closed, except if mentionned otherwise in the product description. (Exemple: Mini Tumbler)
Are the bottles dishwasher-safe ?
We strongly recommend hand-washing to preserve the integrity of the insulation and engraving. Avoid soaking the bottle or scrubbing the engraving area too aggressively.
Do your bottles contain harmful chemicals?
No! Our bottles are BPA-free and safe for daily use.

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement. This does not include damage from drops, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
